Bryan Jadot

As senior managing director at Hercules Capital, Bryan Jadot builds on more than two decades of experience in finance and investments. A graduate of California State University, Sacramento, where he studied economics and government, he entered the field in the role of required minimum distribution (RMD) officer at Wells Fargo Bank. While developing skills in credit management through the firm’s training program, Bryan Jadot also studied accounting through an extension program of the University of California, Berkeley.

After a subsequent tenure as credit officer with Banque Nationale de Paris, Bryan Jadot assumed responsibilities as vice president for software at Silicon Valley Bank. He moved on from this post to become relationship manager for life sciences, a position that allowed him the opportunity to build and strengthen relationships with life sciences organizations.

In 2005, Mr. Jadot transitioned from Silicon Valley Bank to Hercules Capital. At the latter, he established and continues to lead the lending practice for life sciences companies, which stands out as the most successful practice in the firm's history.
